MULTICULTURAL AGED CARE HANDBOOK
Multicultural Aged Care Service WA has produced a Multicultural Aged Care Handbook to assist aged care providers and health professionals with the delivery of services to clients from culturally diverse and indigenous backgrounds.

The handbook contains an overview of background, cultural, dietary, spiritual and clinical information about 25 diverse and indigenous community groups, which form part of Western Australia’s multicultural society.

This publication was developed in consultation with ethnic communities’ organisations and individuals for service providers aiming to achieve best practice in the provision of culturally appropriate care to clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
